At Wild & Wonder Learning Nook, our mission is to cultivate curious minds, compassionate hearts, and confident learners through meaningful, nature-inspired education. Rooted in God's creation and inspired by the Montessori and Charlotte Mason philosophies, we provide a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to play, explore, create, and discover. Through hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, real-life experiences, and purposeful academics, we empower each child to develop a lifelong love of learning while growing in character, confidence, and wonder.

We envision a place where childhood is cherished, curiosity is celebrated, and learning extends beyond the walls of a classroom into the beauty of nature and everyday life. Wild & Wonder Learning Nook strives to nurture children who are thoughtful thinkers, creative problem-solvers, kind friends, responsible stewards of God's creation, and lifelong learners. We seek to partner with homeschooling families to provide an enriching educational experience that balances academic excellence with creativity, exploration, character development, and joyful discovery. Together, we are creating a place to play, wonder, learn, explore, and grow—rooted in God's nature.
Our Story
Our journey began with a vision to move beyond the four walls of a desk-bound classroom and into the splendor of God's creation. Our founder is a former homeschooled student, a previous teacher in the public school system, and a current homeschooling parent. Striving to protect the preciousness of childhood for her own children, she realized other homeschool families may share the same vision of a childhood rooted in God's nature. We created this space to serve as a heartfelt partnership for homeschooling parents, cultivating a Christ-centered community where families grow together through wonder, faith, and outdoor discovery.
